Return Policy

Returns are possible in case 
1. If you received the wrong set (color, length, quantity)
2. Only within 5 days after receiving it

If the customer received an incorrect order, he/she has the right to demand:
- replacement
- refund

The Customer has no right to refuse the Goods that have individually defined properties, if the said Goods can be used exclusively by the Customer purchasing them.
Goods that have been in use are not subject to return.

If the delay in delivery of the goods is not on our part, but due to delays of the transportation company, no refunds will be made.
